AFAIK feed-prpl is target agnostic, so it should work on all targets, but as x86 is not currently amongst prplOS reference targets, this target is not thoroughly tested, but generally it's expected to work.
It seems not work if I am trying to add feed-prpl to openwrt and build x86 image
It would help to know what doesn't work. Using feed-prpl with OpenWrt might work for some packages and use cases, but generally speaking this is not supported, you should use feed-prpl with prplOS as it contains some changes for prplOS use cases applied on top of OpenWrt.
